Tucson’s favorite breakfast spot.
In 1980 a Brooklyn boy matched wits with a fiery Tucson-an woman and together they made breakfast what it is today- the best. They opened the Egg Connection in 1984. Breakfast never knew it could be so good. Everything is old school.
Made from scratch biscuits, cornbread, pancakes and waffles. Giant sweet rolls and pastries… 1/2 pound hand made hamburgers cooked to order (the best in town), overloaded plates and prices that fit even the tightest budget.
In 1985 they welcomed their eldest daughter into the world. She has become a fine fixture in the establishment. 1991 brought them their first son. Who is currently studying the secret recipes, to one day take over at the helm.
Combined with genuine care for customer service and a little New York attitude, The Egg Connection has become Tucson’s favorite breakfast spot.
